About PDF
PDF (Public Document
Files) is a web-standard format for publishing
documents.
To read PDF files, download and
install the completely FREE Adobe Acrobat Reader
(click on 'Get Acrobat Reader') picture to the right.
Once installed, when you click on a
PDF file link, it will automatically open the PDF file
in your web browser. You can also save the file locally
for future reference, if you like, by clicking on the
floppy icon when the PDF file is open, or by following
the directions below.

A Trick You can Use to Download
these Files
locally to YOUR Computer
1. Hold your mouse over
the link
2. Right-click on the
link (instead of clicking the left mouse button, click
the right one).
3. This should pop up a
small menu, and one of the choices should be 'Save
Target As'. Select this, and then save the file where
ever you want (My Documents), locally on your hard
drive, where you can access it any time you want (read
it, print it,email it, etc) |
