Oct 16, 2004:  By the authority vested in me by Fleet Captain Edwards, I hereby declare the Fall Rum Race Series completed, with one race on the books.  We have had four races cancelled due to four hurricanes.  There will be no trophies presented.  Friday is a practice race using Rum Race Rules and Handicaps, but will not be scored as part of the Fall Series.  Winter series starts SUNDAY, November 7th.  Hasty Miller
